It is showcased by stories of over-50’s ‘Redefiners’ who challenge the status quo and are living their best lives as an inspiration for others to follow.

Role Overview
We are seeking a PR and Content Exec to join our Marketing Team. You will play a crucial role in supercharging our brand awareness, as well as creating epic B2B content to help our Commercial Teams showcase and sell our product offering.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft a range of content including case studies, two pagers, research papers and blog posts to support out Commercial Teams’ sales efforts.
- Craft and pitch newsworthy content to the B2B HR trade press, securing coverage in tier 1 titles.
- Amplify our presence on LinkedIn, building traction with relevant followers and engaging in zeitgeist conversations.
- Support our CEO and founder with press interviews, social media amplification and event activation. She’s a truly brilliant spokesperson, full of conviction, brimming with stats and controversial messages, all delivered in an engaging, friendly and informative way (and no, she didn’t pay us to write that!).
- Review speaker and award entry opportunities to make our brand famous.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders internally, including the rest of the Marketing Team, Sales & Delivery leaders, the Product Team and more!
Skills & Experience
We are looking for a PR and Content Exec who is passionate about propelling high growth brands with a good dose of purpose and commercial acumen. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working in a start-up, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities:
- Copywriting experience: Demonstrated ability to write compelling content that delivers commercial value, captivating the hearts and minds of our audience. Experience of using a CMS to upload and publish content, as well as delivering clear traffic uplift SEO optimisation would be valuable. It would be great if you can use Canva or Figma, but not a must have as we have a Design Team and capabilities in the Marketing Team.
- PR experience: Experience of creating and pitching topical news stories to the trade press in a rapid response style (ideally the HR press, but other B2B works too). It’s a bonus if you have experience pitching to both the UK and US press, but not mandatory. Coverage in national titles and broadcast would be a bonus.
- Social media experience: In-depth knowledge of LinkedInand how to use the platform and its analytics to drive revenue and engagement. If you have experience of creating short form video too, that would be the icing on the cake!
- Founder & CEO support: Ideally you will have experience of partnering with a founder and / or CEOto company profile raise.
- Speaker & award entries: A track record of identifying organic speaker opportunities and securing spots is a nice to have. You may have also written award entries for trade publications and company growth indexes.
- Communicative: Strong and clear communication skills are required.
- Attention to detail: Strong attention to detail while working at speed.
