About the Role

As a Senior Marketing Executive, you’ll join our established team of 6+ marketing professionals,including designers, web developers and SEO specialists. You’ll have the freedom to bring your ideasto life, with support from a dynamic and collaborative environment.

You’ll take ownership of our global events execution from high-profile trade shows to exclusiveclient events. You’ll manage engaging social media campaigns, support compilation and preparation of compelling case studies, and lead storytelling initiatives that showcase our impact and innovation.

This role is ideal for a creative and proactive marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, internationalsetting and is passionate about using marketing as a catalyst for growth and meaningfulengagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute our stands and activations at international trade shows and corporateevents, ensuring brand consistency and high visibility.
• Lead event marketing campaigns that engage clients and generate leads before, during, andafter the event.
• Support the planning and execution of One World Rental’s Dine at Dusk dinner experiences,managing marketing content and event promotion.
• Drive the storytelling function by overseeing case studies, editorial content and othersuccess stories that highlight our global achievements.
• Manage social media campaigns across multiple regions and platforms, maintaining anengaging and consistent online presence.
• Oversee the creation and distribution of promotional merchandise, competitions and otherad hoc marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop creative campaigns thatenhance brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Contribute to PR efforts and editorial strategies to amplify brand reputation across markets.
• Analyse campaign performance and use data insights to continuously improve marketingefforts.

Who we’re looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience in previous marketing roles, ideally in global or high-growthbusinesses.
• Proven ability to take the lead on different marketing initiatives and motivate a diverse salesand marketing team.
• High level of experience in planning and executing trade shows and live events.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a flair for creative storytelling.
• Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
• Hands-on experience in social media and email marketing.
• Confident in using marketing platforms and digital tools to track performance and optimiseresults.
• A genuine passion for brand building, innovation, and global reach.
