Job summary
A recruitment agency in the UK is seeking a Sales Office Assistant to support the sales team with various administrative tasks including managing phone calls and coordinating appointments. Excellent communication skills and prior administrative experience are preferred. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a small, successful organization.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in an administrative or sales support role preferred.
- Strong communication skills for client interaction.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support in a busy sales office.
- Manage incoming calls and general enquiries.
- Coordinate appointments for Surveyors.

Some of your duties will include:
- Providing all-round administrative support in busy sales office
- Managing incoming telephone calls and dealing with general enquiries
- Providing information and guidance to clients on services provided
- Co-ordinating appointments for Surveyors to complete assessments
- Collating Surveyor plans and producing detailed quotations for clients
- Following up on quotations to establish clients interest and managing orders received
