A leading product sampling company is seeking a Senior Commercial Leader to own and drive revenue growth across the UK, EU, and US. You will lead and coach a dynamic commercial team, manage proposals and pricing, and contribute to international expansion. This is a senior commercial leadership role with full ownership of Sales and Account Management, responsible for revenue growth across the UK, EU and US. You will lead, coach and scale a growing commercial team, owning GTM structure, pricing, forecasting and expansion strategy. This is not a pure closing role—success comes from building a high-performing, repeatable revenue engine, not being the top seller. You will step into deals where it matters—enterprise pricing, RFPs, complex negotiations—and play a key role in international expansion and long-term commercial planning.
