As a Junior Sales Consultant, you'll be the first point of contact for potential business customers. You'll be making outbound calls to business owners, understanding their needs and determine if we can help them find a better deal on their business essentials. Your focus will be on qualifying leads and building strong customer relationships, before handing them over to our senior sales consultants. This is a phone-based role that’s perfect for someone who enjoys speaking with people and wants to develop a professional sales skillset.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Making outbound calls to potential and existing business customers
  • Understanding customer needs and identifying suitable solutions
  • Building rapport and providing a world-class customer experience
  • Supporting customers as their trusted point of contact
  • Working towards daily, weekly, and monthly activity targets and KPIs

No previous sales experience is required, we'll provide full training and ongoing support.
