We are seeking an exceptional and commercially driven Commercial Director to lead and shape Encirc's Glass & Beverages commercial agenda across the UK and Ireland. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, Encirc, with a dotted-line operational report to the Chief Sales Officer, Vidrala, this role is a key member of the Encirc Executive Committee (ExCo) and plays a pivotal role in driving sustainable growth, profitability, and market leadership. This is a highly visible leadership position with full P&L accountability, responsibility for strategic sales and marketing direction, and ownership of customer excellence across a diverse and evolving portfolio.
Key Requirements
Part of the Vidrala group, we are a market leader in glass container design, manufacturing, bottling and logistics solutions for the UK, Irish and European food and beverages industries.
