WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL BE ABOUT

• Collaborate with the Store Manager to optimize store routines, prepare the store for customers, and achieve sales targets
• Ensure the execution of weekly campaigns, foster a positive, energetic environment, and boost team morale
• Support the Store Manager by communicating effectively, leading, and coaching the team on the store floor, aligned with our JYSK Leadership Values
• Train colleagues in customer-first attitudes, needs assessment, and upselling techniques
• Lead by example through physical work, selling, and routine store tasks
