A leading financial services firm in Glasgow seeks a Senior Database Developer to engineer solutions for their compensation system using the Beqom platform. This role involves leading the development of data integrations and reporting, requiring 8+ years in database applications and expertise in relational databases like Azure SQL and SQL Server. HR Technology organization provides IT support to the Morgan Stanley Human Resource division. The Rewards Technology team is responsible for designing, developing and maintaining applications, which helps the firm to manage firm wide compensation and long-term incentive administration. We also provide technology expertise for vendor solution implementation and serve as the Morgan Stanley technology guidance to those vendor solutions.
Senior Database Developer to help engineer rules and database solution for the Firm's compensation system being built on Beqom Total Compensation platform, leveraging Microsoft Azure PaaS / SaaS / IoT solution. This role requires strong experience in database development.
