Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and optimize complex SQL queries within Oracle Database to support business-critical applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into efficient database solutions.
• Maintain and enhance existing database structures and queries to improve performance and reliability.
• Develop and execute raw SQL queries from a Node.js codebase, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
• Perform thorough testing and debugging of database solutions to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior database developers and engineers.
• Monitor database performance and implement necessary optimizations to ensure high availability and efficiency.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in database development and SQL engineering.
Core Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Senior SQL Engineer or Database Developer, with a strong focus on Oracle Database.
• Expertise in writing and optimizing complex SQL queries.
• Experience with raw SQL execution from Node.js applications.
• Strong understanding of database design principles and data modeling.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
