Job summary
A well-known retail brand is looking for an experienced Retail Store Manager in Luton. The role involves leading a motivated team, driving exceptional customer service, and effectively managing business performance. Candidates should have a strong background in retail management with at least 3 years' experience, ideally in a recognized FMCG brand. The position offers a fixed-term contract with a commitment of 39 hours per week.
