Overview

Stores/Driver & Logistics Operations Assistant – responsible for the management and movement of aircraft parts and materials at the off‑site warehouse, ensuring compliance with Bombardier’s standards and aviation regulations.

Responsibilities
  • Log and process inbound and outbound aircraft parts and materials at the off‑site location.
  • Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments in accordance with company standards and aviation regulations.
  • Ensure accurate labelling and traceability of parts and supplies.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date inventory records using Bombardier’s inventory management systems.
  • Coordinate the dispatch of parts to and from the main Service Centre at Biggin Hill.
  • Organise and store items safely and efficiently, adhering to warehouse and aviation safety protocols.
  • Support inventory audits and stock checks to ensure data accuracy.
  • Assist with preparing parts for scheduled maintenance and unscheduled repairs.
  • Liaise with procurement, logistics, and maintenance teams to ensure timely availability of required components.
  • Perform administrative tasks including data entry and documentation.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to streamline logistics and reduce turnaround times.
Qualifications
