This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate to kick off their career within a highly professional, established, successful Property consultancy. We are seeking a motivated, diligent, reliable and competent candidate who has a passion for delivering exceptional office administration and an interest in working towards becoming a Team Personal Assistant. We are seeking an organised, hard‑working and enthusiastic individual to join the team. Offering support to the Office Manager, Partners and Surveyors. Your main responsibilities will include:

Responsibilities
  • Preparing letters, agendas and reports;
  • Formatting of documents;
  • Booking hotels, travel arrangements and couriers;
  • Submitting Surveyor expenses;
  • Screening incoming telephone calls;
  • Arranging room bookings and refreshments;
  • Managing office orders;
  • General admin duties including printing, copying, binding, and scanning;
  • Updating, posting and monitoring the company LinkedIn on a monthly basis
  • Organising team socials, away days and client lunches
  • Supporting the Office Manager to ensure the smooth running of the office
Qualifications
  • A professional, conscientious and proactive manner;
  • Ability to prioritise work as tasks will be delegated from several team members at once;
  • Effective time management and ability to multi-task;
  • Excellent team skills to work closely alongside the PA, Partners, Surveyors and graduates
  • Sound understanding of Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint and PDF programs.
