A local employment program is looking for an Office Coordinator based in Northern Ireland. The Office Coordinator will manage communications, office supplies, travel arrangements, and assist with onboarding and HR functions. The Office Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring the smooth day‑to‑day running of the office and providing excellent support across the business at EVERUN. Acting as the first point of contact for customers, the role involves managing phone, email and website enquiries, coordinating office supplies, and supporting staff and management with travel bookings and events. The Office Coordinator also assists with onboarding new employees, supports HR, Health & Safety and IMS teams and provides general administrative support to multiple departments as required. Due to the nature of this role, it is required to be fully office based.
Working hours: Standard hours up to 25 hours per week, flexible/reduced hours may be available upon approval by a Work Coach, and additional hours may be offered depending on availability and discussed directly with the employer before starting employment.
