Job summary

A local employment program is looking for an Office Coordinator based in Northern Ireland. Job description

The Office Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring the smooth day‑to‑day running of the office and providing excellent support across the business at EVERUN. Acting as the first point of contact for customers, the role involves managing phone, email and website enquiries, coordinating office supplies, and supporting staff and management with travel bookings and events. The Office Coordinator also assists with onboarding new employees, supports HR, Health & Safety and IMS teams and provides general administrative support to multiple departments as required. Due to the nature of this role, it is required to be fully office based.

Responsibilities
  • First point of contact for all new and existing customers via phone, email and website contacts.
  • Maintain stock of key office supplies including stationery, tea and coffee supplies.
  • Book transport and accommodation for staff and management.
  • Organise staff social events, e.g., Christmas party.
  • Assist with onboarding processes for new staff.
  • Support HR & IMS teams with planning and booking of training courses.
  • Assist with meeting preparation and note taking as required.
  • Provide general administrative support to various departments as required.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum of 12 months experience in an office administration or similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft packages including Word, Outlook & Excel.
  • Ability to work as part of a team, but also independently.
Further Information

Working hours: Standard hours up to 25 hours per week, flexible/reduced hours may be available upon approval by a Work Coach, and additional hours may be offered depending on availability and discussed directly with the employer before starting employment.
