Job description

The Governors of Holy Family Catholic School are seeking an experienced and proactive professional to join us as Administrative Manager. We are looking for an organised, proactive and highly professional Administration Manager to lead the school's administrative functions and front office services. This is a key operational role, responsible for the smooth day‑to‑day running of the school office, line management of the administration team, and the oversight of administrative systems including student records, attendance, admissions and general administration, GDPR and Health & Safety compliance. Working closely with the Business Director and senior leaders, you will ensure efficient processes, high standards of service, and a welcoming environment for students, staff, parents and visitors.

  • Demonstrate strong organisational and leadership skills
  • Be confident managing confidential information and compliance requirements
