The job

We’re looking for a highly organised and people-oriented Senior Office Manager to lead daily operations in our London office.

This is a full-time, on-site role requiring office presence Monday to Friday.

Your Experience
Must have:
  • 4+ years of experience as an Office Manager;
  • Strong ownership, interpersonal and communication skills with a positive, can-do attitude;
  • Excellent organisational, time-management, and multitasking abilities;
  • Comfortable working with documentation and vendor coordination;
  • Proficient in Google Workspace, Slack, and Excel;
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm in dynamic environments;
  • Experience working in multicultural, international environment
Nice to have:
  • Experience with corporate travel coordination or tools (e.g., TravelPerk, Concur);
What you'll be doing
Office Management (Core Focus):
  • Own the overall performance and day-to-day operations of the London office, ensuring a seamless, efficient, and welcoming workplace experience;
  • Lead office operations end-to-end, including facilities, food supplies, vendors, equipment, and logistics;
  • Act as the primary point of accountability for the office, proactively identifying risks, improvements, and opportunities to scale operations;
  • Build and manage relationships with vendors and service providers;
  • Organise deliveries and equipment shipments for remote team members;
  • Ensure full compliance with UK health & safety and workplace regulations;
  • Support the IT team with minor onsite equipment needs;
  • Oversee swag inventory and manage distribution to employees;
  • Partner with People Ops and IT to support onboarding, offboarding, and employee experience initiatives;
  • Shape and continuously improve office processes, standards, and ways of working;
  • Support local team-building activities, events, and wellbeing initiatives aligned with company values;
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks as needed to keep the office running smoothly.
