Location: Greenock (Office-based at RIG Arts Studio, Tobacco Warehouse)
Salary: £25,000 per annum
Hours: Full-time, 35 hrs/week (Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm)
Contract: 12 months (with possibility of extension)

We’re looking for an organised, proactive Project & Business Administration Officer to join our small, passionate team in Greenock.
What You’ll Do:
Oversee office operations, stock control, reception and supplies
Coordinate workshops, events, and community programmes
Support project delivery, evaluation, reporting, and budgeting
Assist with freelance artist coordination, recruitment and PVG checks
Contribute to marketing, social media, and funding support
You’ll Need:
Proven experience in project management or business administration
Excellent organisational, time management, and problem-solving skills
Confidence with tools like Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Canva, QuickBooks
Strong communication, collaboration, and people skills
A creative, flexible mindset and a passion for community work
