Job summary
A leading fashion company is seeking a CRM Marketing Manager to develop and execute compelling campaigns supporting marketing plans. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance customer retention and optimize communications. Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in CRM, email marketing in eCommerce or retail, and strong analytical skills. This is a hybrid position based in Central London, requiring presence in the office three days a week. A competitive salary range of £31,700 - £42,200 is offered.

- Minimum 3 years' experience in CRM and email marketing in eCommerce or Retail.
- Experience in email build/production and SMS marketing.
- Fluent in English, with other languages being advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute engaging CRM campaigns.

- Optimize communication plans based on analytics.
