Overview

This is an excellent opportunity to join the City Health Care Partnership Care Coordination Customer Service Team. This is an exciting role if you are looking for a new position working with a dynamic team within the Hull and East Riding area.

We are looking for enthusiastic and well-motivated individuals, to support the reception Front of House Service. This role is a flexible role working on a reception within the Health Centres based in Hull and the East Riding, meeting and greeting patients and visitors. Dealing with all aspects of a busy reception including taking phone calls, directing patients for their appointments, supporting the clinical teams.

Candidates must be highly organised, able to work to tight deadlines, whilst maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. We require a flexible approach to meet the needs of the service i.e. cover for annual leave, sickness, training at various Health Centres within the Hull & East Riding area. Excellent communication skills and friendly approachable nature are essential for this role. Candidates should have Level 3 in Business Administration/Customer Service or equivalent level of knowledge and experience. Word processing to OCR level 2 standard or ICDL. Experience of working within an NHS environment would be advantageous.
