  • Act as a key liaison for the Board, Chair, and investors - managing meeting schedules, briefings and communications.
  • Prepare professional correspondence, presentations, reports and meeting materials.
  • Coordinate meetings and events, ensuring agendas, pre-reads and logistics are flawlessly managed.
  • Arrange UK and international travel and manage expenses.
  • Provide occasional personal assistance to the CEO as needed.
  • Collaborate closely with the other EA, sharing insights, supporting cross-functional projects and ensuring a joined-up approach across the C-suite.
About You

You'll be an experienced EA who thrives in a fast-paced, high-touch role - someone with great judgement, strong emotional intelligence and the confidence to hold your own with senior stakeholders.

  • Proven experience supporting C-suite executives (CEO/CFO level ideally)
  • Exceptional organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Absolute discretion and professionalism
  • A friendly, grounded personality with a sense of humour and a collaborative mindset
  • The ability to juggle multiple moving parts and stay calm under pressure
  • A "roll your sleeves up" attitude - happy to help wherever needed
  • Prior experience in a private equity-backed or growth-focused environment is a plus
