A leading global technology company in Coventry is seeking an experienced Senior HR Manager to join its Human Resources team. This role will involve advising senior operations leaders, managing talent strategies, and integrating the company's culture into the employee experience. You will lead HR initiatives including recruitment, employee engagement, and change management, while ensuring compliance with employment laws. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in HR management within relevant industries and hold a master's degree.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a distribution or manufacturing environment.
