Are you passionate about fostering positive workplace relationships while navigating the dynamic world of employee experience? We are seeking a talented individual to join our team in the role of Employee Relations Specialist.
The role involves the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, going through request handling, keeping up to date the employee personnel files and a lot of opportunities to explore the legal provisions in force regarding the labor relations.
Skilled in employee relations with a focus on employee experience, Revisal and labor relations
Previous experience in a similar position for at least 1 year
Experience in managing an extensive portfolio of employees (at least 1000)
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels.
A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with a demonstrated ability to identify opportunities for improvement and implement innovative solutions.
