Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in the UK is seeking an HR Operations Advisor. This contract role focuses on managing onboarding activities, serving as the first point of contact for inquiries, and ensuring accurate maintenance of HR data. Candidates must possess excellent interpersonal skills, knowledge of HR operations, and fluency in Castilian Spanish (C1 or C2). This position is remote within the UK, offering £17 per hour for a 12-month contract.

Qualifications

  • Minimum one year relevant experience in a similar environment.
  • Working knowledge of local statutory regulations pertaining to HR.
  • Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Manage new hire onboarding activities from candidate acceptance through their start date.
  • Create and maintain employee files.
  • Serve as first point of contact for customer calls and inquiries.
  • Track and self-assign ServiceNow tickets.
  • Triage and resolve Tier1 and Tier 2 requests.
  • Ensure complete and accurate data is maintained for reporting.
  • Meet established customer service goals and standards.
  • Contribute to the improvement of HR processes.
  • Assist with background check and Right to Work Check completion.

Castilian Spanish speaking, reading, and writing (C1 or C2)

Inside IR35 - £17 per hour - 12 Month Contract

Remote UK

You will be the first point of contact for the wider HR team and business. This role is responsible for fielding and directing the delivery of all HR related requests to quickly, consistently, and effectively resolve issues in accordance with corporate guidelines of the HR function.

Key responsibilities:
  • Manage new hire onboarding activities from candidate acceptance through their start date
  • Create and maintain employee files
  • Serve as first point of contact for customer calls and inquiries
  • Track and self-assign ServiceNow tickets
  • Triage and resolve Tier1 and Tier 2 requests
  • Ensure complete and accurate data is maintained for reporting and reference
  • Meet established customer services goals and standards including Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Contribute to the improvement of the HR function’s processes and procedures
  • Assist with background check and Right to Work Check completion
Required Skills:
