Responsibilities

  • Lead and support a team of three direct reports across multiple UK locations.
  • Provide strategic and operational HR support to the Home Delivery Network.
  • Act as a key partner to operational leaders to drive employee engagement.
  • Manage change initiatives such as restructures and redundancies.
  • Champion diversity and inclusion across the network.
  • Ensure consistent application of HR policies across all sites.
