A national HR consultancy is looking for an HR Manager to oversee HR requirements for over 400 employees across various sites. This operational role involves providing strategic HR guidance, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with UK HR legislation. The position offers benefits including a salary up to £50,000 and hybrid working options. Applicants must reside in the UK and have relevant HR experience.
Based in the Stoke area, this national group of companies are in a period of growth. With a turnover of circa £90 million, this role will oversee the HR requirements of 400+ employees across a multi-site operation. With an international reach, they work with a raft of prestigious clients and have a new role within the head offices to manage the HR function. Reporting directly to the HR Director, your role as HR Manager will take responsibility for delivering a comprehensive, professional, and hands-on HR service to the business. As HR Manager you shall ensure compliance with UK employment law, HR policies and company values, while supporting managers to achieve business objectives through effective people management, employee engagement, and workforce development.
This is a highly operational and people-facing role, requiring direct involvement in day to day HR activity, including disciplinary and grievance matters, investigations, and wider employee relations. The successful candidate will also demonstrate strong analytical ability, using HR data to provide meaningful insights and accurate reporting to the Board and senior stakeholders.
