A leading courier services provider in the UK is seeking an HR Project Manager on a fixed-term contract for 12 months. This role involves delivering strategic People initiatives that enhance processes, strengthen organizational capability, and improve colleague experience. CitySprint has an exciting opportunity for a HR Project Manager.
You will play a pivotal role in delivering strategic People initiatives and change programmes that support the success of the People Strategy. You will work collaboratively across all areas of the HR function including Talent, Reward, Engagement and HR Operations to ensure projects are scoped, planned, and executed effectively. This includes managing timelines, resources, and risks to deliver sustainable outcomes that improve processes, enhance colleague experience, and strengthen organisational capability.
A key focus of this role will be leading HR system implementation and optimisations, ensuring technology solutions are embedded successfully to enable efficient, compliant, and future‑ready People operations.
