  • Proven experience in implementing HR technology solutions.
  • Ability to manage end‑to‑end projects.
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Effective time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in creating, analysing, and disseminating clear reports.
  • Pro-actively reviews and monitors best practices to streamline processes.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

CitySprint has an exciting opportunity for a HR Project Manager.

You will play a pivotal role in delivering strategic People initiatives and change programmes that support the success of the People Strategy. You will work collaboratively across all areas of the HR function including Talent, Reward, Engagement and HR Operations to ensure projects are scoped, planned, and executed effectively. This includes managing timelines, resources, and risks to deliver sustainable outcomes that improve processes, enhance colleague experience, and strengthen organisational capability.

A key focus of this role will be leading HR system implementation and optimisations, ensuring technology solutions are embedded successfully to enable efficient, compliant, and future‑ready People operations.

Main responsibilities
  • Take ownership of planning and delivering a wide range of HR projects from inception through to completion.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans that clearly outline all activities, dependencies, and milestones, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to strategic objectives.
  • Lead the implementation of HR systems, gathering requirements, liaising with suppliers, managing configuration and testing, and overseeing training and post‑launch support.
  • Work closely with HR teams to ensure these systems are embedded effectively and deliver measurable improvements in efficiency and colleague experience.
  • Engage stakeholders across all levels of the organisation, building strong relationships and ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle. This includes managing expectations and driving adoption of new processes and technologies.
  • Manage risk and issue logs, identify potential impacts early, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to HR leadership, using data and insights to inform decision‑making and continuous improvement.
