We are seeking a Senior HR Manager to lead and manage all aspects of the human resources function for one of our customers. This role is based in North Oxfordshire and requires a proactive individual to oversee HR operations and drive strategic initiatives.
This is a permanent opportunity for someone with ambition! You'll be working in a standalone role, providing HR support to a company of circa 50 people, with some really exciting growth plans. Over the last few years, the HR function has been established and strong policies have been put in place.
