The ideal Deputy General Manager would have experience working in a Drive Thru and be used to working in a fast-paced QSR environment that is exposed to high-volume sales and a large team. You need to be adaptable when it comes to people and customers, and be driven to deliver great results.

In some of our stores, there is a talented Five Guys Deputy General Manager who is a General Manager in waiting. A Deputy General Manager manages, controls and is accountable for the store's day-to-day operations and results ensuring the team is delivering profitability and optimizing sales.

AS A DEPUTY GENERAL MANAGER, YOU'LL BE

• Accountable for your entire store and team, whether or not the General Manager is present
• Developing and managing the store team, supporting the delivery of perfect burgers and fries
• Leading from the front; being hands-on and working alongside crew and managers
• Owning your P&L, driving sales and controlling costs
