Are you an experienced HR Manager seeking a role where you can make a difference?
Do you have experience in developing and shaping an HR function from the ground up?
Do you want to work for a business that is passionate about the rewarding work they do?
If so, this could be the role for you! Ashley Kate is supporting our client in central Birmingham as they recruit a new HR Manager. This small business has doubled in size over the last 18 months, with further growth planned. They require an experienced HR Manager to shape and develop their HR function.
The role: Building from their current foundations, this HR Manager will work alongside the SMT to steer HR for the company in a standalone role. You will develop policies and processes from scratch, support key stakeholders, redefine recruitment, and introduce apprenticeship and graduate programmes. Additionally, you will review current processes and develop initiatives around benefits and employee engagement. The ideal candidate will be a strong influencer and relationship builder, eager to add value in a supportive, growing environment.
Requirements: You should be an established HR Manager with experience in developing HR functions, ideally within an SME. You should be able to contribute ideas for long-term HR planning and influence stakeholders. Experience managing TUPE and CIPD qualification or working towards it are essential.
