Interim HR Manager (3‑month FTC)

Salary: Up to £50,000 (pro‑rata)
Contract: 3‑month fixed term or interim
Location: Warrington

How will you have impact?
  • Stabilise and accelerate a live transformation programme, aligning people plans to delivery milestones and commercial outcomes
  • Diagnose and simplify core HR processes (ER, talent, OD, engagement) to remove friction and speed up decision‑making
  • Coach and challenge leaders to adopt pragmatic, pacey people practices that stick in the operation
  • Own the data and narrative use people metrics to focus effort, unblock issues, and communicate progress plainly
  • Deliver quick wins while laying foundations for sustainable change (policies, comms, governance)
What you'll bring?
  • Retail or hospitality pedigree or similar environments where you are used to high volume, high velocity environments and “many balls in the air”
  • Strategic & hands‑on capability; you can set direction and personally make things happen
  • Independent initiative comfortable working autonomously, making sound calls, and moving fast
  • Sound ER & employment law judgement, with the pragmatism to solve problems, not create them
  • Data‑literate and commercially minded, able to justify decisions and investments
