Recruit4staff is proud to be representing their client, a leading Travel company in their search for an experienced HR Manager to work in their busy office based in Chester.

For the successful HR Manager our client is offering:

1. Up to £45,000 per annum
2. Days role, Monday - Friday 9 am-5:30 pm, 37.5 hours per week
3. Permanent Contract
4. 23 days holiday rising 1 day per year (up to 25)

Hybrid working will be considered for 1 day per week working from home and 4 days from the office.

1. Write, implement and keep up-to-date policies and procedures in line with business needs and changes in law/legislation
2. Develop the recruitment strategy to attract and hire the best talent
3. Manage and monitor employee benefits
4. Oversee the annual performance review process
5. Oversee data protection
6. Accountable for ensuring the operational day-to-day HR activities are carried out effectively
7. Prioritise and action own workload to meet internal and external deadlines

1. Previous HR Management experience - ESSENTIAL
2. CIPD Level 5 qualified with experience in a similar senior HR position - ESSENTIAL
3. Knowledge of up-to-date Employment Law and Legislation
4. Proven experience in dealing with complex ER cases
5. Must be IT literate with excellent administration skills
6. Previous experience dealing with external agencies supporting recruitment - ESSENTIAL
