Workday Service Manager - Contract Opportunity - Inside IR35 - Remote Working

Duration: 3 months (potential extension to 6) IR35: Inside Location: Remote (UK-based)

We're looking for a Workday Service Manager to lead the Workday Incidents Team for one of our clients. This role involves managing service requests, permissions, calendar updates, feature releases, testing, and handling change requests and incident resolution.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee incidents, service requests, access/permissions, releases, and testing
  • Manage change requests and ensure timely incident resolution
