A leading charity organization is seeking a People and Culture Manager to oversee HR operations. The ideal candidate will be CIPD qualified with management experience and a strong understanding of wellbeing and engagement strategies. This role offers an opportunity to drive cultural changes and lead operations back in house. Qualifications

  • CIPD qualified with demonstrable experience as the HR lead.
  • Direct management experience of staff.
  • Experience with staff wellbeing, especially for frontline client-focused personnel.

Responsibilities

  • Managing day-to-day HR functions and ensuring operational excellence.
  • Providing counsel, insights and advice on people-related matters at all levels.
  • Leading the return of externally hosted services back in house.
  • Driving culture, engagement, EDI and efficiencies across the organisation.
