Junior IT Systems Business Analyst - CRM
Full Time | Office Based | City of London
£40,000 - £50,000 per annum

Crone Corkill is partnered with a long-standing financial client who is seeking a Junior IT Systems Business Analyst with CRM experience to join their team following an internal promotion. Working as part of a close-knit team in a 5-day per week onsite setting, you'll assist in managing and developing business applications, including their CRM system, Research Authoring tool, and the Research Portal.

While specific tooling experience is not essential, the most important qualities are eagerness to learn, comfort liaising with both technical and non-technical teams, a detail-oriented and analytical approach, and experience working in a similar-sized environment.

1. Assist in managing, maintaining, and improving Datazoic (CRM), MediaSterling, and the Research Portal.
2. Support CRM data integrity through data validation, user management, and system controls.
3. Collaborate with Front & Back Office teams, Senior Management, and Stakeholders to develop and enhance CRM & Research systems.
4. Partner with IT & Production teams and third-party vendors to optimize solutions and streamline workflows.
5. Act as a bridge between technical teams and business users—gathering requirements and ensuring successful delivery of solutions.
6. Provide reporting and analysis to support Strategy and Front Office functions.
7. Assist in developing BI tools to drive account management, client strategy, and revenue growth.
8. Optimize CRM data structures and reporting capabilities.

• Approximately 3 years of experience in a similar CRM-related role, ideally in finance.
• Experience working with CRM systems (Datazoic preferred but not essential).
• Good understanding of CRM data structures, processes, and best practices.
• Experience within the financial industry.
• Experience managing business applications.
• Knowledge of business intelligence, process automation, and data analytics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite.
