This role is for a Junior / 1st Line IT Support Analyst based in Bolton, working with GK Recruitment. The role involves providing first-line support for pharmacy systems, assisting users via telephone and remote access, and logging support requests.

• Supporting pharmacy dispensers with IT issues via telephone
• Using remote tools to assist users
• Logging calls and emails in CRM
• Updating the knowledge base
• Raising jobs for engineers and liaising with them
• Taking ownership of incidents and resolving them efficiently
• Documenting issues for escalation
