What you'll be doing:

• Organising and supervising the unit according to Compass Group UK & Ireland standards, contract specifications, and statutory regulations
• Managing the unit efficiently to provide quality service
• Preparing, cooking, and serving food to meet standards and specifications
• Using resources effectively, including stock, team members, and assets

Who you are:

• Skilled in cooking
• Knowledgeable and experienced with food
• Proficient in people management
• Strong communication skills
• Results-oriented
• Accountable
• Customer-focused
• Experienced in leading successful teams in similar settings
• Holder of a Basic Food Hygiene certificate
• Minimum 2 years catering experience
• Financially savvy
• I.T literate
