• Organising and supervising the unit according to Compass Group UK & Ireland standards, contract specifications, and statutory regulations
• Managing the unit efficiently to provide quality service
• Preparing, cooking, and serving food to meet standards and specifications
• Using resources effectively, including stock, team members, and assets
