Amazon Shopping Videos (ASV) is seeking a customer-obsessed branded content leader with a proven track record of creating innovative video formats with brand partners across digital, linear, social, and streaming TV platforms. The role requires in-depth knowledge of the advertising landscape and strong project management skills to develop innovative shoppable solutions for brands in international markets and the US. This hybrid position involves both pre-sale ideation and budgeting, as well as post-sale execution with internal or external partners.
The ideal candidate should think creatively within business parameters, understand the costs associated with creative ideas, and be comfortable with ambiguity, demonstrating a strong bias for action and a willingness to test and learn. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust across teams within ASV (marketing, monetization, product, finance, legal) and across Amazon are essential to meet objectives.
This role offers variety; you'll create new workflows, lead innovative creative activations, and work closely with the Head of Creative Development, ASV's Pre-Sales, and Brand Success teams to scale offerings for ad partners globally. You should be comfortable drafting pitches, managing production, and presenting strategic documents to senior leaders.
