Key job responsibilities

1. Maintain and follow strict confidentiality as customer privacy is our top priority.
2. Work with various types of data including text, speech, audio, image, and video.
3. Deliver high-quality labeled data using provided guidelines and in-house tools, contributing to responsible AI development.
4. Demonstrate proficiency in generating high-quality human insight data across modalities such as text, image, video, and audio.
5. Make sound judgments and logical decisions when faced with ambiguous or incomplete information.
6. Pay close attention to detail and adapt quickly to different requirement categories.
7. Support daily operational deliverables for multiple tasks within the team.
8. Analyze root causes, identify error patterns, and propose solutions to improve labeling quality.
9. Identify and suggest changes to process and operational issues in Standard Operating Procedures and tools.
10. Provide floor support to clarify internal queries during task execution as needed.

A day in the life

We seek a Machine Learning Data Associate (MLDA) to perform foundational labeling functions, such as dialogue evaluation on speech, text, audio, and video data.

Your concentration, multitasking ability, and high attention to detail will help you deliver high-quality work while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to Amazon policies. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• An Associate's Degree or related work experience
• CEFR C1+ or equivalent fluency in Italian
• Written and spoken English proficiency (CEFR C1+)
• Strong business writing skills for reports, proposals, and correspondence
• Advanced reading comprehension for complex documents
• Analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills
• Ability to interpret and follow detailed instructions
• Research skills for gathering and synthesizing information
• Attention to detail in managing complex tasks

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 2+ years of professional experience with demonstrated task execution
• Effective use of open-source resources for research
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced, changing environments
• 2-3 years project coordination or management experience
• Experience managing stakeholder relationships
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business applications
