Job Description:

My clients, established since 1959, initially focused on textiles and exporting from northern mills to over 100 countries. By the 1970s, they became a major importer and distributor of electronic consumables in the UK and Europe, partnering with Japanese conglomerates and distributing brands like Sharp Electronics, Casio, Pioneer, and Japan CBM.

They are now looking to add a Sales Executive to their team.

Job responsibilities include:
  • Managing their B2B Shopify site, including adding/updating listings, creating collections, variants, photos, item details, tags, categories, and pricing.
  • Producing page banners and approving new customer accounts.
  • Handling marketing campaigns, HTML mailers, CRM via Mailchimp, and analytics.
  • Researching new apps to improve web experience.
  • Processing orders and managing warehouse inventory.
  • Optimizing site settings and SEO.
  • Linking the site to platforms like Amazon Seller Central.
  • Managing Amazon Seller Central account, including marketing, order processing, content management, returns, refunds, FBA, and profit calculations.
  • Listing new items across Amazon EU platforms, calculating shipment sizes, negotiating shipping rates, and ensuring stock fulfillment.
  • Handling trademark registry, objections, and selling rights.
  • Sourcing and managing 3PL services, couriers, and rates.

This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.

Hourly rate: from £12 per hour.

Holidays: 20 days per year plus bank holidays.
