Job Description:

We are expanding and seeking an eCommerce Account Health & Compliance Specialist to join our European team in London, supporting business scaling by safeguarding our brands on Amazon and other marketplaces.

Responsibilities:
  1. Address account health and listing issues promptly, collaborating with the brand management team to ensure compliance across all brands and markets.
  2. Conduct and own listing compliance reviews across various categories (supplements, food, cosmetics, etc.).
  3. Monitor and report potential risks and non-compliance with local regulations and marketplace policies in Europe.
  4. Assess risk profiles for brands and markets, proactively addressing issues.
  5. Create and implement internal compliance policies and procedures.
  6. Support investigations, appeals, POAs, and escalations alongside the Head of the function.
  7. Maintain independence in mindset, effectively alerting and challenging where necessary to ensure robust compliance.
Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
  • Responsibility and reliability.
  • Problem-solving tenacity.
  • Strong writing and editing skills.

  • Ability to handle ambiguity.
  • Comfortable communicating with senior leadership.
  • Experience with Amazon Seller Central (desirable).
  • Experience with project management tools like ASANA (desirable).
  • German or other EU language skills are a plus but not required.
