Job Description

Amazon Marketplace is a large and fast-growing business where millions of Customers transact with hundreds of thousands of Selling Partners. To accelerate growth, Selling Partners leverage Fulfilment by Amazon (FBA) and join the PanEuropean (PanEU) program, which boosts FBA sales across Europe and enhances Customer experience. PanEU offers services to pack and ship products, moving inventory across Europe to optimize speed and cost. Our team develops scalable systems and services to enable world-class logistics.

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to define the vision for expanding Seller growth in Europe. You will work in a fast-paced environment with tech and non-tech teams, owning the development and execution of a multi-year roadmap. Your role involves leveraging data and insights to deliver innovations that help Sellers grow their businesses in Europe, with end-to-end product ownership from strategic assessment to feature development. You will communicate progress, risks, and changes to senior management. The ideal candidate combines product management experience with analytical skills and innovation to lead complex initiatives.

This role can be based in London, Luxembourg, or Madrid.

Key Responsibilities

1. Partner with stakeholders to define strategy, vision, and roadmap for existing and scalable products.
2. Develop innovative products based on Seller needs to improve their businesses.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop detailed requirements for large-scale product launches.
4. Lead discussions on investment, prioritization, and trade-offs.
5. Manage project milestones from design to launch.
6. Identify and measure product and business metrics to drive improvements.
7. Ensure overall product experience and financial performance.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience in roadmap strategy and end-to-end product delivery.
• Experience as a product manager or owner, owning technology products.
• Experience with product cycles of 6+ months.
• Background in product or program management, marketing, business development, or technology.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience influencing senior leadership through data-driven insights.
• Experience working across functions and with senior stakeholders.
