We have an exciting opportunity for a Software Engineer to join our Research and Development team on a fixed-term contract.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting in requirements gathering to support design, development, and implementation.
• Participating in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Designing software that meets business and user needs, with considerations for extensibility and maintainability.
• Providing support and consultancy within allpay as needed.
• Continuously updating skills through studying new tools, techniques, and participating in educational opportunities.

You will need:

• Experience with object-oriented programming languages, especially C# and .NET.
• Experience with SQL Server or similar databases.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure platform and services is desirable; web frontend development experience is a plus.
• Good knowledge of software, hardware environments, and networking.
