About this Role: The Guidewire Programme Director position requires an experienced professional with a proven track record in the Insurance sector, including leading complex programme portfolios. The focus will be on multi-year programmes implementing Guidewire Core platforms, with a preference for Guidewire Cloud expertise. You will leverage your knowledge of core Guidewire applications such as ClaimCenter, PolicyCenter, and BillingCenter to lead projects within the insurance sector.

What Your Day Will Look Like

• Proactively engage with team members and clients
• Mentor and lead team members
• Communicate client needs and conflicts clearly
• Manage project planning, budgeting, and administration
• Lead workstreams for successful engagement completion
• Collaborate on proposals with business development
• Present to senior executives and develop client relationships

• You have expertise in IT strategy and transformation for insurance (Guidewire)
• You have a strong background in financial services and insurance industries
• You excel at understanding and addressing client needs
• You communicate effectively and build lasting relationships
• You can manage priorities and lead projects successfully
• You demonstrate leadership in consulting and project management
• Guidewire and Scrum Master certifications are beneficial
