The 600 FTE team includes actuarial colleagues, insurance specialists, and technology sellers dedicated to innovating and transforming the insurance industry.

Operational support involves managing the project lifecycle—business development, proposal, contracting, resourcing, and delivery—and improving processes to optimize client-facing activities, revenue generation, and technology sales.

Executing strategic goals may include project management, cross-resourcing, and management information.

The Role
  • Continuous improvement and simplification: Challenge current processes to eliminate internal friction, recommend and implement improvements. Collaborate with Divisional Leaders to enhance cross-Division collaboration and resourcing. Work with Global MI to simplify and establish regional MI for ELT. Support Project Managers in tool and capability improvements, especially for complex projects.
  • Planning and Execution: Work with Divisional Leaders to understand internal culture and capabilities, supporting performance towards goals. Engage in WTW-wide and regional initiatives, providing input on ICT alignment and change management. Facilitate connections across corporate functions (HR, Finance, Real Estate, Communications, Legal, Compliance, Risk, IT, Marketing, Excellence) to ensure effective support of ICT business.
  • Lead, design, and manage ad-hoc projects to deliver strategic objectives.
  • Support sales enablement activities with clients.
  • Drive efficiency and effective use of tools like Oracle, Mavenlink, Dynamics, COMET, and Sales Operations to support ICT success.
  • Lead ICT teams across EMEA for Operations, CTS, proposal support, and project management.
  • Governance & Reporting: Develop frameworks for metrics, tracking, quality standards, and actions. Create MI for leadership decision-making. Manage pipeline, forecasting, and financial rigor. Collaborate with Regional Excellence Leader to foster high-quality work and risk management.
  • Communication: Develop and execute the ICT EMEA communication strategy. Collaborate with regional teams to ensure effective communication strategies are in place.
  • Global collaboration: Engage with Global Consulting Operations, contribute to global projects, and ensure EMEA ICT is represented in global discussions.
