Job Description:

This is a fantastic opportunity for those looking to pursue a career in compliance without the high stress typically associated with key person roles. The role is for a Compliance Officer within the General Insurance Sector, involving leading and supporting a small compliance department in a medium-sized company providing insurance services to low-risk individuals and businesses in Jersey. The successful candidate will have a proactive approach, strong knowledge of risk management and the JFSC regulatory framework, and a high commitment to process improvement. The role may also involve becoming the designated MLRO and MLCO of the organization once established. Candidates should ideally hold an ICA Diploma in Compliance and/or AML and have several years of insurance or fiduciary experience.

Currently, only candidates who hold a local residential qualification or have lived in Jersey continuously for at least the last 5 years are accepted.
