Experienced Mortgage and Protection AdviserHome Based

To be considered for this role, you must hold CeMAP qualification or equivalent.

• On target earnings of £40,000 to £60,000+ per year

• Engaging with people from all walks of life, establishing needs and wants through effective communication via email, phone, face-to-face, and videos for social channels
• Mastering multitasking by managing numerous responsibilities efficiently
• Maintaining relationships with vendors, buyers, and developers to maximize opportunities and ensure high customer service levels
• Collaborating with branch peers to identify referral opportunities
• Taking accountability for KPIs by proactively seeking new opportunities and maintaining existing relationships
• Having a strong presence on camera to engage and maximize reach

• Generate and maintain your own client relationships and business, and maximize in-branch opportunities
• Follow up on in-branch leads generated by the Estate Agency team
• Generate your own leads and business
• Work collaboratively with various teams to ensure efficient client processes
• Provide exceptional customer care from start to finish, exceeding service expectations

• Full-time, office-based role
• Monday - Friday 08:30 - 18:00
• Alternate Saturdays 09:00 - 17:00
• Day off in lieu when working a Saturday

It is essential that you currently hold CeMAP or an industry equivalent qualification.

Experience in Mortgage and Protection Advising is required.

We are conducting interviews via video software. To proceed, you must:

• Have legal entitlement to work in the UK (in accordance with the Immigration Asylum and Nationality Act 2006)
• Provide evidence of your right to work, such as:
• Passport or Birth Certificate

Additionally, we need:

• Proof of Address
• National Insurance number
• Full UK Driving Licence
