A national charity is looking for an experienced HR Advisor (Redundancy & Restructure Specialist) who can lead organisational change with confidence and empathy. The role involves managing end-to-end redundancy processes, advising on consultations, and supporting staff through changes. Candidates must be immediately available for this remote position at £20.85 per hour for a temporary duration of 2 to 3 months, with a primary focus on managing complex change procedures.

Our client, a well-established national charity, is seeking an HR Advisor who can step in and lead organisational change with assurance, accuracy and empathy.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑moving, values‑driven environment and brings the technical depth required to manage complex change from start to finish.
As HR Advisor, you will be the charity’s go‑to specialist for organisational change. You’ll lead on:
