A leading defense and aerospace company based in Portsmouth is seeking a part-time HR professional to manage employee relations and provide operational advice. The ideal candidate will have expertise in case management, be CIPD qualified or working towards it, and possess strong skills in stakeholder engagement and communication. Location: Portsmouth Naval Base (Part-time, 20 hours onsite across 3 office days)
Salary: Up to £50,000 (FTE) dependent on skills and experience
