Join our team and help us find the best talent while keeping our operations running smoothly!

We're looking for an organised, people-focused Recruiter / Admin Support to join our team on a 6-month fixed‑term contract. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, managing multiple priorities, and keeping things on track behind the scenes.

What You'll Do
  • Support end‑to‑end recruitment - posting job ads, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers
  • Maintain candidate databases and ensure all recruitment records are accurate and up to date
  • Provide administrative support to the HR and management team, including handling correspondence, preparing documents, and managing calendars
  • Assist with onboarding new employees and ensure a smooth start to their journey
  • Support general office administration tasks as needed
About You
  • Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or office administration (agency or internal experience welcomed)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills - you enjoy talking to people and building relationships
  • Highly organised with great attention to detail
  • Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Confident using Microsoft Office / Google Workspace and applicant tracking systems
