A leading translation services provider in the UK is looking for a Recruitment Consultant to excel in candidate screening and relationship management. You will make extensive outbound calls, verify details, and ensure an excellent candidate experience. Ideal candidates possess strong communication, multitasking skills, and IT proficiency. A great opportunity has arisen within a fast growing company, who specialise in providing professional interpreting and translation services across the UK, covering both public and private sectors. You will be working in the delivery focused Recruitment Team

Responsibilities
  • Making a high volume of outbound calls from a database. 70% of your time will be on the phone.
  • Verifying various details over the telephone e.g. name, language, contact numbers, emails etc.
  • Assessing candidate’s suitability for the role through gauging interest levels using telephone screening questions.
  • Registering Interpreters on to the company’s system
  • Adding and amending data on the database
  • Conducting web-based research on key contact including visiting company websites, LinkedIn etc.
  • Delivery of excellent Candidate Experience
  • Be a point of contact for applicant queries throughout the recruitment process
