Job summary
A renowned hotel chain in Liverpool is seeking graduates for its 18-month Management Development Programme, offering exposure to various hotel operations and the opportunity to secure a permanent management role. Ideal candidates will possess a degree in Hospitality-related disciplines and demonstrate qualities such as a passion for hospitality and a positive attitude. The program includes departmental rotations and focuses early on the responsibilities of a Duty Manager, paving the way for career growth within the company.
Qualifications
- Must have a degree in relevant disciplines.
- Previous operational role experience in hotels, leisure, or tourism is preferable.
- Ability to take on responsibilities and develop quickly.
Responsibilities
- Participate in an 18-month Management Development Programme.
- Experience different hotel operations through departmental rotations.
- Focus on Duty Manager role within the first 3-6 months.

- The programme is a challenging mix of work experience, off the job learning and self-learning
- Exposed to as much of the hotel operation as possible through departmental rotation and relationship with Deputy General Manager or Operations Manager
- Early focus on the Duty Manager role and responsibilities within the first 3-6 months
- Fixed term contract with the aim of securing a permanent management role by the end of the programme.

- A degree in any of the following disciplines; Hotel / Leisure / Tourism or International Hospitality
- Ideally, you will have previously worked in an operational role in Hotels, Leisure or Tourism
